AFA Appointment (Finance and Administration Manager)

He is a fully qualified ACCA professional, a registered BICA member, and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management. Additionally, he has specialized qualifications in Regulatory Compliance and is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Botswana.
Motse has worked with top global firms, including KPMG, Ernst & Young (EY), BDO, and SAPRO Consulting, where he gained extensive experience in internal audits, enterprise risk management, financial reporting, and compliance advisory services. His leadership skills and strategic approach have helped organizations optimize financial operations, enhance regulatory compliance, and improve internal controls.
