Mainly deals with developing and implementing Sales and Marketing Policies and Strategies that will raise awareness and interest in the Company and administered medical aid schemes’ products, in order to stimulate growth and increase in: revenues of the Company/medical aid schemes; and the Company’s market share of medical aid scheme membership and other programmes

Plans, organises and coordinates the provision of services to existing and potential members of the AFA administered schemes and service providers through the promotion and implementation of a culture of customer service and to promote accurate and efficient response to client queries and requests; and the management of scheme membership data bases.
